LabDx

eLabDx™ provides real-time order entry and secure delivery of patient results to provider offices allowing for timely diagnosis and management of patients. Click on the thumbnails to the right to enlarge the screen shots.

Login Screen

eLabDx™ consists of menus, toolbar buttons, panes and tabs that are used to view results, maintain patient demographic information and input orders. Users are assigned a secure login to access the application.

Orders

The Orders tab allows requisitions to be created and submitted real-time to the laboratory. The process is fast, efficient and user-friendly. Patient demographic information can be added or modified directly on the order screen. Drop down lists for insurances and diagnosis codes allow for quick access of required information. Compliance checking occurs automatically for billing purposes to eliminate rework by your office staff. Customization of tests on the Favorites tab will ensure the correct tests are ordered. A complete test menu with specimen collection requirements is available via the search function.

Once the order is submitted a requisition and labels for specimen collection containers will print automatically for accurate identification of the samples.

Results

The New Results to View tab lists all patients with new results. This tab lists patients with new results only. Results are categorized for easy determination of abnormal and critical results. Contents in the New Results to View tab change as results are viewed. Abnormal and critical results are flagged in the Summary, Details and Trend tabs of the Results tab.

Trend Results

The Trend tab is used to display results in graph format. The upper pane of the Trend tab displays numeric test results in table format. The table allows you to view information such as visit identification, result date and time, and order numbers. Column headers group result dates according to the visit. You can view a specific test by selecting the test in the table. The information for that test displays in the pane to the right.

Graph

A Trend graph can be displayed by clicking the Show Chart button on the toolbar. Orders can be sorted alphabetically by test name or by date by selecting the appropriate option from the Results > Sort > Trend > Sorting menu.
